Harlotry

Wednesday, April 18, 2018

It’s unclear to me whether the simple act of exposing breasts is inherently wicked, i but it presumably comes with a lifestyle of harlotry.

Leviticus 19:

29 ‘Do not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry, and the land become full of wickedness.

Your bad deeds defile the land!

Leviticus 21:

7 They shall not take a wife who is a harlot or a defiled woman, nor shall they take a woman divorced from her husband; for the priest is holy to his God. 8 Therefore you shall consecrate him, for he offers the bread of your God. He shall be holy to you, for I the Lord, who sanctify you, am holy. 9 The daughter of any priest, if she profanes herself by playing the harlot, she profanes her father. She shall be burned with fire.

It defiles you!

Deuteronomy 22:

20 “But if the thing is true, and evidences of virginity are not found for the young woman, 21 then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done a disgraceful thing in Israel, to play the harlot in her father’s house. So you shall put away the evil from among you.

According to the law, it is punishable by death!

Deuteronomy 23:

17 “There shall be no ritual harlot of the daughters of Israel, or a perverted one of the sons of Israel. 18 You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the Lord your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.

You are like a dog! And an abomination!

1 Corinthians 6:

15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! 16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” 17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.

18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

You can not be part of the body of Christ! That means you are not saved!

Hebrew 11:

31 By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish with those who did not believe, when she had received the spies with peace.

It is not too late! Turn from your wicked ways, fear God, and repent!

  1. There are verses on modesty, but they lean more towards not wearing too much.

    1 Timothy 2:

8 I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting; 9 in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, 10 but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.

I still don't know where I stand in all this, though I gave up the tits business simply because Bitpay is too much hassle, and it was rather unseemly I participated in this AND wanting to help you with the Bible markup project.

Universe tends to unfold as it should though, and so I am happy even though I don't have 50 photographs of tits in my inbox every day now.

  2. That is not unseemly; if you don’t believe the Bible, you should do whatever makes you happy durring this very limited time of happiness having — before the eternity of burning in fire. The righteousness of those who lack faith is disgusting to God. That said, I also don’t know where I stand in the “tits business.” I can’t use scripture to say it is always wrong for a woman to expose her breasts. It seems to depend on the context. If the social norm in the Republic is for women to be naked, it shouldn’t be a problem. Perhaps ironically, it would be better if they also gave full names, so that family members have a warning not to look — it’s never good to observe the nakedness in this case.

P.S. I have been removed from lordship and added again. It’s hard to see that in the history because the first list was never published in a blog post. Just some words of encouragement for ya.

I'm not sure I have any desire to be added again, or even be member of tmsr - somehow I'm the person "not thriving" when both qntra and eulora servers were offline for extended periods, amongst other ineptitude displayed by the Lordship. The logs are still part of my daily reading, however, and will likely remain so even though general consensus has labeled me persona non grata.
