Qualifications of Deacons

Darwin: I was a bishop (overseer) for about 20 years, but am no longer due to a daughter falling away from the faith. Also, the qualifications have to be met and someone desiring the position. We are a very small group.
CanadianCatholic: So were you a bishop of ATrueChurch?
Darwin: Yes
CanadianCatholic: Does ATrueChurch claim the authority to provide the correct interpretation of passages in the Bible?
Darwin: We simply believe the Bible.
CanadianCatholic: So, if we disagree on an interpretation of a passage, does ATrueChurch believe that God has given it the authority to give us a correct interpretation?
Darwin: The authority is the Bible itself. Hebrews 4:12-13
